Policy deployment

The road map now gives you a rough masterplan. However, so far you haven't translated your targets into individual measures and responsibilities. This is where policy deployment to clarify the individual targets comes in. The targets are broken down and allocated within the organisation. Individuals, if necessary also operative units, should know exactly what their personal contribution to achieve the targets must be. Normally, this happens in a 3-level process.
